The house is set in its own picturesque grounds with private parking. We offer a pleasant and relaxed retreat for all ages in a friendly family atmosphere. All rooms offer either en-suite facilities or private shower rooms, color television, tea & coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, and central heating. Guests have access to their rooms throughout the day.

A total of six bedrooms are available, including family rooms, singles, doubles, and twin rooms. All rooms are non smoking.

Breakfast is normally served from 8.00am to 9.00am, although other times can be arranged. We also cater for special diets.

Lossiemouth House is listed as a 3 star B&B by the Scottish Tourist Board, and a 3 diamond B&B by the Automobile Association.
